The Vulcan V6B36 heavy-duty gas range delivers concentrated power across a compact 36-inch footprint. Six 35,000 BTU open burners (210,000 BTU total) help teams move from rapid boils to hard sears without delay. Its modular design integrates cleanly into existing cooklines and suite configurations.
Durable cast iron grates support heavy stock pots and pans while promoting consistent heat transfer. A stainless steel front, front top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back stand up to daily use and streamline cleanup. Four-inch flanged feet provide stable positioning on the line.
From searing proteins to reducing sauces and holding sauté pans at the ready, chefs can stage multiple tasks simultaneously across the six-burner layout. This configuration boosts throughput during peak service and simplifies station setup. CSA and NSF compliance supports specification in commercial kitchens.
