The Vulcan VBB1F V Series heavy duty gas broiler empowers busy kitchens to sear, finish, and plate with speed. Three ceramic radiant burners and rugged cast iron grates produce consistent heat for appetizing caramelization and grill marks on steaks, chops, seafood, and skewers. At 36 inches wide, it fits seamlessly on the line for high-volume service.
Built for demanding operations, this unit features a modular base and stainless steel front, top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back. Chefs can stage proteins, flash-finish items, and tighten ticket times while maintaining presentation standards through even, radiant heat.
