Product Description
Power high-volume broiling with the Vulcan VBI2 deck broiler, a double-deck, ceramic-over-infrared gas unit delivering 200,000 BTU. Its infrared plates focus heat for fast searing and even caramelization across both decks.
Broil steaks, chops, or seafood on (2) 25-1/2" x 24-1/2" cooking grids, then finish gratins and melts without shuffling pans off the line. A 5-position grip and spring-balanced mechanism let staff fine-tune product distance for consistent doneness.
The heavy-duty range-match design pairs cleanly with existing ranges, while stainless steel front, top, and sides withstand demanding shifts and wipe down quickly. 5" casters ease movement, and a 1" rear gas manifold with regulator streamlines installation and service. NSF, CSA Star, and CSA Flame listings support code-compliant operation.
