The Vulcan VBP13ES Institutional Series heated mobile cabinet helps chefs and operators keep food at peak serving quality during high-volume service. It holds up to thirteen 18" x 26" x 1" sheet pans or twenty-six 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, optimizing batch cooking, banquet plating, and off-site transport. A forced-air blower circulates heat for consistent results from top to bottom.
Set holding from ambient to 190°F with a recessed electronic control featuring a clear digital display. Ten pairs of adjustable tray slides on 1-1/2" centers reconfigure quickly to accommodate mixed pan depths and changing menus. Side-mounted push handles support confident maneuvering through prep areas and service corridors.
