The Vulcan VBP15ES Institutional Series heated holding/transport cabinet keeps plated meals and bulk pans service-ready as you move from prep to the line or out for catered service. A forced-air blower and precise electronic control with digital display hold temperatures from ambient to 190°F for uniform performance throughout the cabinet.
Streamline workflow with flexible capacity: stage up to (15) 18" x 26" x 1" sheet pans or (30) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Adjust (10) pairs of tray slides on 1-1/2" centers to fit mixed loads—roasting trays, hotel pans, or plated entrees—without slowing production.
Built for institutional duty, the 20-gauge stainless steel interior and exterior clean easily and stand up to daily use.
