The Vulcan VBP15ES-QS-PLATINUM heated holding/transport cabinet helps chefs and foodservice teams stage, hold, and move plated meals or bulk pans with confidence. Built for Institutional Series demands, this Quick Ship model supports high-volume service without slowing your line or delivery windows.
A forced air blower circulates heat evenly, while an electronic control with digital display lets you set precise holding temperatures from ambient to 190°F. Operators can maintain texture and presentation during banquets, tray line service, or off-site catering runs.
Configure loads fast using (10) pairs of adjustable tray slides set on 1-1/2" centers to fit (15) 18" x 26" x 1" pans or (30) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Side-mounted push handles enhance maneuverability, a recessed control panel protects settings, and the 20-gauge stainless steel interior and exterior clean up quickly. cULus and UL EPH Classified for added peace of mind.
