Drive consistent service flow in healthcare, education, and high-volume kitchens with the Vulcan VBP18ES-QS-PLATINUM heated holding/transport cabinet. A forced-air blower circulates uniform heat, and the recessed electronic control with digital display lets you set and confirm temperatures from ambient to 190°F. Side-mounted push handles make navigating corridors and elevators easier for staff.
Configure the interior with (15) pairs of adjustable tray slides spaced 1-1/2" on-center to match changing menus and portions. Load up to (18) 18" x 26" x 1" sheet pans or (36) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans to stage banquets, patient trays, or cafeteria rushes. Rugged 20-gauge stainless steel inside and out wipes down quickly between turns.
