The Vulcan VBP5ES heated mobile cabinet streamlines hot food holding in tight footprints. As an undercounter, Institutional Series holding/transport cabinet, it stages menu items for banquets, tray lines, or room service without disrupting production. Configure for five 18" x 26" x 1" sheet pans or ten 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" steam table pans to match changing demand.
A forced air blower circulates heat for consistent cabinet temperatures, while an electronic control with digital display adjusts from ambient to 190° F. The recessed control panel helps protect settings in busy corridors. Durable 20-gauge stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to daily use and simplify cleanup.
