A forced-air blower circulates heat uniformly from ambient to 190°F to preserve food quality between the kitchen and service.
Streamline workflow with electronic controls and an easy-to-read digital display. Side-mounted push handles and a recessed control panel support safe maneuvering in crowded kitchens and corridors. Durable 20-gauge stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to daily transport and cleaning.
