The Vulcan VCBB36 is a 36-inch modular gas charbroiler top from the V Series Heavy Duty Range, engineered to drive high-output performance with 99,000 BTU. Built for demanding lines, it sears proteins fast and sustains volume through peak periods while maintaining consistent results.
Cast iron grates and radiants lock in heat for confident char marks on steaks, chicken, seafood, and vegetables. A stainless steel front, front top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back stand up to daily use and simplify wipe-downs between turns.
