The Vulcan VCCB72 72" countertop gas charbroiler equips high-volume lines to sear, mark, and finish a broad menu with speed and consistency. Thirteen 14,500 BTU cast iron burners provide a combined 188,500 BTU across the full width, ideal for handling steaks, burgers, vegetables, and seafood during peak service.
Infinite heat controls let chefs fine-tune zones for staging, finishing, or holding, supporting efficient grill-station workflow. Reversible grates adapt for different presentations and cleaning routines, helping operators manage output from burgers and chops to skewers and seafood.
