A 24" x 24" cooking surface with a 1" chrome plate teams with IRX™ infrared burner technology to drive even heat across the plate. Chefs can sear, sauté, and finish menu items with confidence during peak periods.
Solid state thermostats every 12" create two precise zones, helping you manage eggs on one side while searing burgers or vegetables on the other. Electronic spark ignition and pilot protection streamline startups and keep the line moving. Wire knob guards, 4" back and tapered side splashes, and a front grease trough support a tidy, efficient station.
Built for daily service, the stainless steel front, sides, and front top ledge pair with 4" adjustable legs to integrate well on countertops. A convenient drawer keeps accessories close, while the included palmetto brush, scraper, and blade simplify end-of-shift care.
