Speed setups and changeovers with electronic spark ignition and pilot protection for reliable starts. Stainless steel front, sides, and top ledge pair with a front grease trough, 4 inch back and tapered side splashes, and 4 inch adjustable legs to keep stations clean and level. Wire knob guards help prevent accidental adjustments, and a built-in drawer keeps tools close at hand.
