Engineered for busy kitchens, the Vulcan VCCG36-AS countertop gas griddle drives high-volume production on a compact footprint. Its 36" W x 24" D cooking surface and 1" thick steel plate deliver even heat from edge to edge, helping crews keep tickets moving during breakfast, lunch, and late-night service.
Empower line cooks to fine-tune output with solid state thermostats every 12", creating three independently controlled zones. Three atmospheric U-shaped aluminized steel burners supply a total of 90,000 BTU, while electronic spark ignition and pilot protection streamline reliable startups. Wire knob guards help protect settings in tight lines.
Streamline workflow and cleanup with a stainless steel front and sides, a front grease trough, and 4" back and tapered side splashes that contain splatter. Level the unit with 4" adjustable legs and keep tools close at hand in the built-in drawer. Sear burgers, flip pancakes, or stage omelets with consistent results service after service.
