Manage workflow with solid state thermostats every 12 inches, creating precise zones for eggs, pancakes, burgers, and chops on the same surface. Electronic spark ignition with pilot protection speeds startup and helps maintain uptime. Wire knob guards safeguard settings on a busy line.
Built for demanding kitchens, this countertop griddle features a stainless front and sides, front top ledge, and a front grease trough with 4" back and tapered side splashes to keep stations cleaner. The 1"-thick chrome plate simplifies cleanup, while 4" adjustable legs aid leveling. An integrated drawer and included palmetto brush, scraper, and blade support efficient daily maintenance.
