Engineered for demanding lines, the Vulcan VCCG36-IS heavy-duty gas countertop griddle couples IRX™ infrared burner technology with solid state thermostats every 12" for tight temperature control. Three burners and 72,000 BTU deliver rapid recovery and even heat across a 36" x 24" plate. Chefs and facility managers can stage proteins, vegetables, and breads simultaneously to keep tickets moving.
A 1" thick steel plate stores heat for consistent searing while the electronic spark ignition with pilot protection speeds start-up. Use the independent zones to fire breakfast on one side and burgers or sautéed onions on the other without flavor transfer. Wire knob guards help prevent accidental adjustments on busy shifts.
Stainless steel front, sides, and front top ledge stand up to daily use and wipe down quickly. A front grease trough, 4" back and tapered side splashes, and a built-in drawer streamline cleanup and reduce mess.
