The Vulcan VCCG48-AR heavy duty countertop gas griddle equips busy lines with a 48 inch by 24 inch cooking surface and a 1 inch thick chrome plate built for all-day production. Four atmospheric U-shaped aluminized steel burners pair with solid state thermostats every 12 inches to create independent zones for eggs, pancakes, burgers, or finish work. Operators can stage breakfast on one side and searing or holding on the other to keep tickets moving.
Electronic spark ignition with pilot protection speeds startups and helps maintain service continuity. A front grease trough, 4 inch back and tapered side splashes, and wire knob guards support cleaner, safer operation, while 4 inch adjustable legs aid leveling on varied countertops. The integrated drawer keeps tools close at hand, and the included palmetto brush, scraper, and blade simplify end-of-shift care.
