Built for demanding lines, the Vulcan VCCG48-IR heavy duty countertop gas griddle pairs a 1" chrome plate with IRX™ infrared burners to drive fast recovery and consistent heat. Four 12" zones with solid state thermostats let you dial in precise temps for eggs, pancakes, smash burgers, or seared proteins. Maximize output across a 48" x 24" surface while maintaining repeatable results during peak service.
Streamline workflow with electronic spark ignition and pilot protection that speed startups and support reliable operation. A front grease trough, 4" back and tapered side splashes, and the chrome surface simplify cleanup and keep the line organized. Wire knob guards and stainless steel construction stand up to high-volume abuse.
Stage breakfast, sear to order, or finish vegetables without flavor carryover between zones. A drawer and included palmetto brush, scraper, and blade keep tools close for quick turnarounds. ENERGY STAR®, NSF, and CSA listings support operational efficiency and compliance requirements.
