For busy kitchens, the Vulcan VCCG60-IS heavy-duty countertop gas griddle delivers precise, repeatable results across a broad 60" x 24" surface. A 1" thick steel plate teams with five burners and solid-state thermostats every 12" to let you set independent zones for eggs, pancakes, burgers, or searing proteins. IRX™ infrared burner technology helps maintain responsive heat across the plate.
Start breakfast service on one end while dialing in higher temps for lunch on the other; electronic spark ignition with pilot protection ensures reliable starts and continuous operation. Wire knob guards help safeguard settings on a crowded line. A front grease trough and two drawers streamline cleanup between turns.
Built for the line, this unit features a stainless steel front, sides, and top ledge, plus a 4" back and tapered side splashes to keep the workspace tidy. Adjustable 4" legs aid leveling on countertops and make wipe-downs easier. NSF, CSA, and ENERGY STAR® compliance supports efficient, professional performance across foodservice operations.
