Solid state thermostats every 12 inches give chefs precise zone control for mixed orders. Electronic spark ignition speeds startups while pilot protection adds reliability.
Sear burgers, caramelize onions, and batch-cook breakfast items with six U-shaped burners driving 180,000 BTU of total output. The 1-inch thick chrome plate resists sticking and retains heat between turns, helping maintain pace during peak periods. Wire knob guards help preserve settings in busy kitchens.
Streamline workflow with a front grease trough, two integrated drawers, and stainless steel front and sides that wipe down quickly.
