The Vulcan VCCG72-AS is a heavy-duty countertop gas griddle built for high-volume, all-day production. A sprawling 72 inch by 24 inch cooking surface with a 1 inch thick steel plate teams up with six U-shaped aluminized steel burners to deliver 180,000 BTU of even, dependable heat. ENERGY STAR certified performance supports busy kitchens that demand throughput without compromising control.
Fine-tune output with solid state thermostats spaced every 12 inches to create precise zones for eggs, pancakes, burgers, or searing proteins side by side. Electronic spark ignition with pilot protection accelerates startups and helps maintain service during peak periods.
Streamline cleanup and workflow with a front grease trough feeding dual grease drawers, plus a 4 inch back and tapered side splashes that contain splatter. Stainless steel front, sides, and front top ledge withstand daily wear, while wire knob guards and 4 inch adjustable legs add durability and easy leveling on the line.
