Move volume efficiently with the Vulcan VCCG72-IR gas griddle. A 72" W x 24" D chrome plate powered by six IRX™ infrared burners delivers consistent heat across the line.
Solid state thermostats every 12" give you precise zone control for breakfast service, burgers, and à la carte searing. 4" back and tapered side splashes with a front grease trough streamline cleanup and keep adjacent stations tidy. Two drawers keep tools and scrapers within reach.
This unit features electronic spark ignition with pilot protection. Stainless steel front, sides, and top ledge with wire knob guards handle the rigors of high-volume kitchens. It includes a palmetto brush plus scraper and blade, and carries NSF, CSA, and ENERGY STAR certifications.
