A 1-inch thick polished steel plate delivers a generous 36" W x 20-1/2" D cooking surface for high-volume breakfast, lunch, and late-night menus. The low-profile design helps conserve vertical space on busy cooklines.
Manage multiple tickets at once with three burners and manual control valves every 12 inches, creating independent zones for eggs, pancakes, smash burgers, and searing proteins. Fully welded construction with a stainless steel front, sides, and front top ledge meets the rigors of daily commercial use.
Streamline cleanup with a 4-1/2" grease can and an included drawer, while 4-inch adjustable legs simplify leveling on uneven counters. With 75,000 BTU of total input, this commercial griddle provides the heat capacity needed in diners, cafeterias, and institutional kitchens.
