Streamline workflow with manual tilt, a formed pouring lip, and a removable strainer that make draining fats and transferring product efficient and controlled. The spring-assist cover with drip edge helps manage condensation while the watertight solid-state controls are built for busy, splash-prone stations.
Designed for daily durability, this unit stands on 12-inch stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet and a 46-inch wide open base. A pan holder and included L faucet bracket add practical utility for prep and finishing.
