Its 3/4-inch polished steel plate handles searing, finishing, and all-day breakfast production with dependable performance. Snap-action thermostatic controls help maintain set temperatures for consistent results across shifts.
Side splashes contain splatter to protect adjacent stations and support faster wipe-downs. A stainless steel front, front top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back deliver durability in high-volume operations. The 6-inch adjustable legs simplify leveling and provide stable placement.
Use the cabinet-base storage to stage pans, utensils, and mise en place directly under the griddle to streamline workflow.
