The Vulcan VHP15 heated mobile cabinet streamlines hot holding for busy kitchens, keeping prepared items at serving temperature while you plate, stage, or transport. With capacity for fifteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" steam table pans on fixed racks, it helps chefs and operators organize batches for service rushes and catered events. Built with 20-gauge stainless steel inside and out, the VHP15 stands up to daily use and wipes down quickly between turns. A recessed control panel protects settings in tight corridors, while a dial thermostat adjusts from ambient to 190°F for flexible holding across menu items. Side-mounted push handles and 5" casters (two swivel, two rigid with locks) let staff position the cabinet precisely, then secure it during service.
