Engineered for intensive line work, the Vulcan VMG36-QS-PLATINUM countertop gas griddle drives productivity with a 36" W x 24" D cooking surface and a 1" thick polished steel plate. Three burners deliver 81,000 BTU to speed preheat and sustain recovery during peak service.
Set up efficient zones with manual controls to sear proteins on one section while finishing eggs or pancakes on another. Tapered side splashes and a 4" back splash help contain splatter, and a 6 quart grease drawer streamlines cleanup between rushes.
Built on a stainless & aluminized steel chassis, this low-profile unit sits at an 11-1/8" cooking height on 4" adjustable legs to fit tight hood spaces and level on uneven counters. cCSAus and NSF compliance supports commercial kitchen standards across restaurants, cafeterias, and institutional operations.
