The Vulcan VMG48-QS-PLATINUM gas countertop griddle equips busy lines with a 48" x 24" cooking surface powered by four burners and 108,000 BTU. Its 1" thick polished steel plate handles high-volume searing, sautéing, and all-day breakfast. Designed for fast-paced service, it supports tight ticket times across breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Set up distinct zones for eggs, pancakes, burgers, or vegetables, then fine-tune output with straightforward manual controls. A 4" back and tapered side splashes help contain mess and protect neighboring stations. The 6 quart grease drawer extends run time between cleanouts to keep service moving.
Built for the line, the stainless and aluminized steel chassis stands up to daily use, while the 11-1/8" low profile cooking height integrates easily under hoods or on counters.
