The Vulcan VPT13 heated mobile cabinet keeps high-volume production moving with pass-thru access that accelerates staging on the cookline and service side. Accommodating up to thirteen 18" x 26" trays or twenty-six 12" x 20" pans, it consolidates hot holding for banquets, catering, and tray service. A forced air blower circulates heat to help maintain appetizing temperatures from prep to plating.
Built for demanding kitchens, the VPT13 features 20-gauge stainless steel interior and exterior that stand up to daily transport. A recessed control panel and analog thermometer (ambient to 190° F) make monitoring straightforward while safeguarding settings from bumps. Side-mounted push handles and 5" casters let staff reposition the cabinet quickly as production needs change.
