The Vulcan VPT15 pass-thru heated mobile cabinet streamlines high-volume plating and service for restaurants, caterers, and institutions. It accommodates (15) 18" x 26" x 1" pans or (30) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans to stage roasted proteins, vegetables, and sides. Pass-thru access speeds loading from prep while servers pull from the opposite side to keep lines moving.
A forced-air blower circulates heat, and an analog thermometer tracks temperatures up to 190°F so crews can verify holding at a glance. The recessed control panel helps protect settings during rushes. ENERGY STAR® performance supports energy-conscious operations without sacrificing results.
