Product Description
The Vulcan VPT18 pass-thru heated mobile cabinet streamlines high-volume holding and service from prep to the line. It accommodates (18) 18" x 26" x 1" sheet pans or (36) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, making it a smart fit for banquets, catering routes, and tray lines. Access from both sides keeps food moving without bottlenecks in busy kitchens.
A forced air blower circulates heat evenly, while a recessed control panel protects settings and the analog thermometer reads ambient temperatures up to 190°F. Universal tray slides are included and adjust on 1-1/2 inch centers to match changing menus and pan depths. Operators can quickly configure the cabinet for entrees, sides, and plated items.
