Streamline service with the Vulcan VPT7LL, a pass-thru heated holding/transport cabinet built to keep trays at serving-ready temperatures while moving seamlessly between prep and plating. Its forced-air blower circulates heat evenly, helping maintain food quality during peak periods and off-site catering runs.
Stage up to fifteen 18" x 26" x 1" pans on adjustable fixed lipload racking to fit changing menus and tray heights. A recessed control panel with an analog thermometer (ambient to 190°F) lets staff monitor conditions at a glance, while 20-gauge stainless steel inside and out stands up to daily use.
Maneuver confidently with side-mounted push handles and 5" casters, then access product from either side to keep traffic flowing on cooklines and tray lines.
