The free-standing design fits tight footprints on the line or in prep areas, while separate heater and thermostatic controls let you dial in holding temperatures for each drawer. Each of the two drawers accommodates one 12" x 20" x 6" stainless steel pan, giving you flexible staging for sides, proteins, buns, or garnishes. Moist/crisp door vents help you manage humidity—keep fried items crisp or breads and vegetables moist as needed. Operators can hold batches for peak service and replenish with minimal disruption.
