Streamline workflow with the integrated 1/2" certified griddle plate on top, complete with 2" side and back splashes for a cleaner station. Use it to finish sides, toast buns, or stage pans while the broiler works below, and channel runoff into the front grease trough to speed cleanup. Stainless steel front, sides, legs, and undershelf stand up to daily service.
