Engineered for high-volume lines, the Vulcan VTEC36 IRX™ infrared charbroiler delivers fast, even heat to keep tickets moving. Three 22,000 BTU infrared burners output a total of 66,000 BTU, producing quick sear marks and flavorful caramelization on steaks, seafood, burgers, and skewers. The compact countertop format helps maximize workspace without sacrificing performance.
Manual controls and dependable piezo ignition simplify startup and on-the-fly adjustments so crews can hold consistent results through rushes. Stainless steel cooking grids, sides, control panel, and top trim withstand heavy use and clean up quickly to maintain a professional line appearance.
A removable heat shield and backsplash help protect adjacent surfaces, while a crumb tray speeds end-of-shift cleanup. Level the unit on 4" adjustable legs to fit existing counters in restaurants, catering operations, and institutional kitchens.
