This 58-1/2" countertop gas unit sears steaks, burgers, and skewers with speed and uniformity, helping chefs and foodservice operators maintain consistent results across the board.
Dial in heat with responsive manual controls and spark fast startups via piezo ignition. Stainless steel cooking grids, sides, control panel, and top trim stand up to daily use while simplifying wipe-downs between turns. A crumb tray captures debris to keep the station clean and reduce downtime during rushes.
Protect adjacent surfaces with the removable heat shield and backsplash, then fine-tune placement using 4" adjustable legs for a level, stable setup.
