The Vulcan VW2S free-standing warming drawer optimizes holding and service flow in busy commercial kitchens. Its two-drawer layout maintains serving temperatures while preserving texture and presentation during peak periods. Put it to work on the line, at banquets, or in prep areas to smooth timing and reduce replating.
Each drawer accommodates one 12" x 20" x 6" pan, so teams can stage proteins, sides, or breads in standardized pans. Individual thermostat controls let you fine-tune separate holding conditions per drawer. Moist/crisp door vents help regulate humidity to keep fried items crisp or vegetables and grains moist.
Durable stainless steel construction stands up to daily use, while 5" adjustable legs make leveling and cleaning access simple.
