The 14" x 16" grilling surface stages eggs, pancakes, smashed burgers, and grilled sandwiches to keep breakfast, lunch, and late-night orders moving. Position it on the cookline, café pass, or a catering station to expand made-to-order capacity.
Set, sear, and hold with an adjustable thermostat that reaches 570°F. Steel splash guards with tapered front ends help contain splatter while leaving clear access to turn, scrape, and plate.
Speed cleanup with a removable grease tray and brushed stainless steel construction. Operating on 120v/60/1-ph at 1800 watts with a NEMA 5-15P plug, this UL and NSF listed unit aligns with commercial standards. Note: This model is discontinued.
