Its compact, single-grill design delivers fast, even results on breads, proteins, and vegetables to keep lines moving in cafés, quick-serve counters, and food trucks. The 7-3/4 inch by 14-1/2 inch cooking surface helps maximize output without consuming valuable counter space.
Ribbed cast iron plates distribute and retain heat for consistent searing and attractive grill marks. A hinged, auto-balancing top plate with heat-resistant handles accommodates varied product thicknesses while maintaining operator control. Dial in the ideal temperature with an adjustable thermostat up to 570°F (300°C) for repeatable results across dayparts.
