The Waring WPO100 23" single deck electric countertop pizza oven holds one 14-inch pizza, while the 3.5-inch chamber opening also accommodates bread and other taller items. Its ceramic pizza stone can be used as a direct-cook deck, absorbing moisture to create a crispy crust and retaining heat so food cooks evenly with heating elements above and below. Staff can monitor progress through the tempered glass door with the oven light on, reducing door openings and helping maintain temperature. A mechanical temperature dial covers a 280-600 degrees F range, and a 15-minute timer with audible signal supports precise, repeatable bakes. The unit includes a heavy-duty grill brush for safe deck cleaning. Operating on 120V/1800W with a NEMA 5-15P plug and 3-foot cord, the WPO100 delivers dependable performance in a compact 23" W x 18" D x 10" H footprint. UL Listed and NSF Certified.
