A dependable 2-speed motor and stainless steel blade deliver consistent textures for light-duty tasks. Process up to 12 quarts (3 gallons) of sauces, coulis, batters, and smoothies with repeatable results. Stainless steel wetted parts withstand daily use and simplify sanitation routines.
