The Wells H-63 countertop electric hotplate streamlines high-volume prep, finishing, and à la carte work on crowded lines. Two 8-inch flat spiral tubular elements distribute heat evenly for boiling, sautéing, and simmering. Built for rigorous service, its stainless steel body wipes down quickly, while a removable stainless steel drip tray captures spills to keep stations tidy.
