The Wells H-70 countertop electric hotplate helps streamline line cooking, catering setups, and made-to-order stations. Two solid cast iron French plate elements deliver consistent heat and strong heat retention for searing proteins, simmering sauces, or holding pans at service temperature. Individual burner controls let you tailor output for multiple tasks at once.
Stainless steel construction stands up to daily use while wiping down quickly between rushes. Four 4-inch adjustable legs allow you to level the unit, improve airflow, and maintain safe clearance on a variety of counters.
Measuring just 14-3/4 inches wide, this compact hotplate stages easily on crowded cooklines or portable worktables. A 3.0/4.0 kW power rating supports demanding workflows, and the unit ships without a cordset to accommodate site-specific electrical connections.
