This non-refrigerated, ice-cooled pan accommodates three full-size 12" x 20" pans, making it a dependable choice for salad bars, buffet lines, and catered stations. Its insulated pan design helps extend ice performance through peak service.
Integrate it cleanly into your countertop to organize mise en place and keep pre-chilled items display-ready. The included perforated bottom strainer plate elevates pans above meltwater to support product quality. A 1" drain accelerates end-of-service cleanup and meltwater removal.
Built for demanding foodservice environments, the stainless steel inner liner, top, body, and flange resist corrosion and wipe down quickly.
