Product Description
This bain marie style heated tank is built-in and electric, designed for wet operation with automatic water fill that maintains the water level consistently during use in the tank. The opening measures 39 3/4″ x 19 7/8″, and thermostatic control provides temperature regulation for reliable heated holding in built-in applications. The design supports wet operation with full insulation and stainless steel construction throughout service hours.
Fully insulated, stainless steel construction supports dependable performance in wet operation and daily service throughout the tank. Adapter bars are provided, and the assembly carries cULus as specified. Together with thermostatic control and automatic water fill, the built-in format helps organize heated holding within a defined 39 3/4″ x 19 7/8″ opening for bain marie applications.
