Product Description
This top-mount, built-in electric food warmer integrates into counters to streamline plating and holding on busy service lines in high-volume kitchens. Thermostatic control sets and maintains temperatures for wet or dry operation, while the auto-fill feature keeps the unit ready through peak periods by managing water levels automatically. Three 12 x 20 openings provide defined positions so staff can stage and access multiple items without pause during service.
Construction features a stainless steel interior and an insulated aluminum steel housing, complementing the top-mount, built-in configuration. WellsLok™ supports top-mount installation, and a drain with one valve provides a single point for emptying after service and for routine maintenance. UL and NSF appear on the specification to align with common kitchen standards and purchasing requirements.
