Product Description
This cold food well unit is a drop-in design with self-contained refrigeration, integrating into counters to keep cold holding centralized at the point of service and support efficient workflow. It accommodates (8) 1/3 size pans for efficient service and organized presentation across prep, service, and display stations. An on/off switch with thermostatic controls allows operators to adjust holding conditions and manage service transitions.
Construction details include an insulated pan, a stainless steel inner liner, and a stainless steel top and flange, paired with a steel exterior body. A 1" drain enables liquid removal, and the system uses R-134A refrigerant for cooling. Electrical specifications include 115v/60/1-ph, 4.9 amps, 1/4 HP, and a NEMA 5-15P plug; the unit is NSF and cULus listed.
