This freestanding, narrow warming drawer unit keeps product ready for service while conserving line space in busy commercial kitchens. A single-drawer layout streamlines access for chefs and operators, helping maintain smooth station flow during peak periods and changeovers. Its freestanding format simplifies placement in existing cooklines and service areas, and it features stainless steel construction for a clean, professional appearance.
Humidity and thermostat controls support precise holding conditions, so breads and rolls stay at target temperature and texture from prep to pass and through extended service throughout the shift. With capacity for approximately eight dozen rolls per drawer, it accommodates bulk batches and par levels without disrupting timing or presentation at the pass. The unit is cULus listed and NSF certified.
