Equip your line with a canopy-style ventless hood engineered for a 36-inch cooking zone. A self-contained Ansul fire protection system pairs with 4-stage filtration to help control grease, smoke, and odor right at the source. Flexible wall or ceiling mounting and an adjustable height make it easy to position over varied equipment while keeping workflows clear.
Built with stainless steel and an interlock system, this unit delivers dependable performance in busy kitchens. The 1/2 HP system operates on 208/240v, 60 Hz, single phase, drawing either 3.5 amps or 4.3 amps depending on model, and carries NSF, ETL, and cETLus certifications. This is a non-returnable item; for ongoing performance, use the required replacement filters: (1) Pre-filter (23324) and (1) HEPA Charcoal Filter Pack (23325).
