Keep pre-chilled salads, proteins, and toppings safely cold with the Wells RCP-200 refrigerated drop-in cold food well. This self-contained unit cools two standard 12" x 20" pans, eliminating ice runs and freeing staff to focus on service. R-134A refrigeration and a 1/4 HP compressor deliver dependable performance in buffet lines, salad bars, and serving stations.
Operators can switch the unit on and fine-tune holding with individual thermostatic controls for precise results. An insulated pan helps lock in cold, while the stainless steel inner liner, top, and flange stand up to daily use and simplify cleaning. The rugged steel exterior body adds strength for long-term reliability.
A 1" drain streamlines end-of-shift cleanup and changeovers. Plug into a 115v/60/1-ph outlet with the NEMA 5-15P connection to position the well where it best supports workflow. NSF and cULus compliance supports food safety programs and facility approvals.
